RE:	IDEA 2004 Training Materials - PowerPoint Script Instructions


The ODE has provided districts/ESDs with IDEA 2004 training materials.
The materials consist of scripted PowerPoint presentations and short
fact sheets that can be used in sections/topic areas or as a whole.

We are  receiving  many phone calls and email messages asking how to
access and print the scripts that are included in the PowerPoint
presentations.  Identified below are the steps to access the
accompanying script for each slide.  These basic steps apply for
Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003.  There may be some variations for
other versions of this software.

To view the script:
1.	open the PowerPoint presentation;
2.	under the "VIEW" menu, select "Notes Page";
3.	use the scroll button to move from one page to the next;
4.	to return to the typical view, select "Normal" from the "VIEW"
menu.

To print the scripted slides:
1.	select "Print" from the "FILE" menu;
2.	select "Notes Pages" from the "PRINT WHAT" option;
3.	select "OK".
