RE: ODE Numbered Memo: Implementation of IDEA 2004
I am sending this numbered memorandum to you as a reminder of your
obligations under IDEA 2004. This message was sent on June 15, 2005 and
we wanted to be sure you understood the provisions that were changed
under IDEA 2004. For further clarification please contact Suzy Harris
