RE:     SPR & I - Scheduled Training Dates and Locations - 2007 Systems
Performance Review

 

All districts/programs in Oregon are required to participate in the
Oregon Department of Education's (ODE) Systems Performance Review &
Improvement (SPR & I) accountability and annual performance reporting
for special education.   As part of the SPR & I system,
districts/programs engage in annual self-assessment through data
collection, review, and analysis to inform improvement.  

 

Due to the early dates in August for your training, we are sending this
preliminary notice to inform you of locations and dates, so that your
participants will be able to make arrangements for their training
session. The packet for the first training will be sent in August.  The
trainings will be:

 

August 28-29, 2007, Blue Mountain Conference Center, La Grande, OR

(Umatilla, Morrow, Wallowa, Baker, Union, and Malheur Counties)

 

September 10-11, 2007, Southern Oregon University, Ashland, OR

(Jackson, Josephine, Klamath, Lake, and Douglas Counties)

 

September 13-14, 2007, Eagle Crest Resort, Redmond, OR

(Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson, Gilliam, Grant, Sherman, Harney and
Wheeler Counties)

 

October 9-10, 2007, Willamette ESD, Salem, OR

(Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties & OSB, OSD)

 

October 16-17, 2007, Northwest Regional ESD, Hillsboro, OR

(Washington, Clatsop, Columbia, and Tillamook Counties)

 

October 23-24 2007, Clackamas Community College, Oregon City, OR

(Multnomah, Hood River, Wasco, and Clackamas Counties)

 

November 6-7, 2007, Lane County Community College, Eugene, OR

(Linn, Benton, Lincoln, Lane, Coos, and Curry Counties)

 

By mid July, the registration will be open for participants to register
