RE:      October 9, 2009 NASDSE broadcast: Tech Coordinates and passwords

Please find attached the NASDSE broadcast access information for the October 9, 2009 session.  Access information includes technical coordinates and streaming video link.

In the past, we posted access information for the session on the Department's website several days prior to the session.  However, because the conference is a subscription service, the access information will no longer be available directly on the ODE website at anytime.  This information must remain within the state and should not be posted on public websites.

Local ESDs and schools may host this event through the Oregon Access Network.  For a list of network sites, please go to: http://www.ode.state.or.us/initiatives/oraccessnet/networksites.aspx.  For schools unable to participate in the live session broadcasts, the Department will continue to provide taped copies of the broadcasts for rebroadcast and/or dissemination by ESDs and schools.


Please contact the special education director at your local ESD to confirm your attendance at these important training events.
