Dear Oregon self-management friends and colleagues,

After more than a decade working with the Oregon Public Health Division's initiatives to support self-management, I have accepted a management position in the division's Injury and Violence Prevention Program, effective today. There will be limited staff able to respond during the transition, so please be patient.

Thank you all so much for your incredible dedication to serving the people of Oregon who are living with chronic conditions. Your work inspires me every day, and I look forward to following your many future successes from my new vantage point. Together we have served more than 12,000 Oregonians since I began this work back in 2005. I have grown both professionally and personally through working with you, and I am so proud of what we have accomplished. There are many more opportunities ahead!
