Attendance: Ron; Rochelle, Laura, Melissa, Candii; Sarahb.    Roster Updates- Libby will update &include in next meeting attachments. II.           CommitteeBylaws – 1:05– 1:25a.    Discussioncentered around updating the Elections section.  Without OHA support, we decided against usinga web-based voting system in favor of a simpler process whereby interestedapplicants submit a form which is reviewed by an election sub-committee. Thecommittee will be comprised of members from both the Steering Committee and theNetwork members.  The committee will voterather than the entire network. Laura & Candii will forward a sampleapplication form.III.          LeaderTrainings – 1:25 – 1:45a.    OHAcannot maintain the Leader Training listing on the website. It was removedrather than have it be out of date or incomplete.  COMPASS has a place to list these trainingswhich MT & Program Coordinators can input. The concern is that not everyone interested in a training would haveaccess to the Portal.  Steering Committeeagreed that having it on the website is worthwhile.  Libby will compile data received and submitto LivingWell email.  OHA will theninclude it on the website again. IV.         BrightSpots – 1:45 – 1:55 Roundtable– 1:55 – 2:00
