Just wondering if anyone is award of any leader trainings in the Portland, Oregon area?  We are interested in the near future but also for anytime in 2017.

Please note the deadline for completed applications for the upcoming training in Central Oregon is November 1, 2016.

Training #1:  4 day-Living Well with Chronic Conditions (Stanford's Chronic Disease Self-Management)
When:  November 7, 8, 15, 16, 9 am to 5 pm each day
Where:  City of Redmond, Public Works Department Training Room (East)
Master Trainers:  Kim Curley-Reynolds and Brenda Johnson

Class size:  Minimum: 8  Maximum: 16
Cost:  No Cost, please read application expectations for trained leaders

Training #2:  2 Day-Living Well with Chronic Pain Cross Training (to enable existing leaders or new leaders who have successfully completed the 4 day-Living Well with Chronic Conditions training to be able to lead the new Living Well with Chronic Pain workshop)
When:  December 1, 2 (9 am to 4 pm each day)
Where:  Deschutes Children's Foundation East Campus, Bend
