Hello everyone. I was honored to be a part of a campaign for Group Health Cooperative/Kaiser Permanete called "This is Healthy" I want to share it with you. For me, taking the Chronic Disease Self-Management workshop saved my life. I truly believe this! It's why I lead and why I am proud to be a part of such an amazing group of people!
