[Self-Management_OR] CDSMP Leader Needed in SE Portland!

I am emailing to see if there are any trained and available CDSMP group leaders willing to facilitate Living Well workshops in SE Portland?  My organization has a clinic off SE Powell Blvd and we are wanting to expand English classes to this clinic, but we only have Spanish leaders on staff at the moment.
