The Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention Section (HPCDP) of the Oregon Public Health Division has a permanent, full-time Program Analyst 3 (Self-Management Technical Lead) open for recruitment. The Self-Management Technical Lead provides strategic leadership, direction, coordination, oversight and management for chronic disease self-management interventions and associated policy and program initiatives consistent with the mission, strategic priorities and policies of OHA. The Self-Management Technical Lead recommends legislative concepts and policy solutions to address chronic disease prevention and self-management and related chronic disease risk factors such as alcohol abuse, tobacco use and exposure, physical inactivity, and poor nutrition.
