We are hiring for two new positions:

1.        A full time program evaluator to support the CDC Scaling Diabetes Prevention Program in underserved parts of New Mexico, Oregon and Utah Cooperative Agreement.

2.       A full time Project Coordinator to support the CDC DPP initiative described above and the Healthy Columbia Willamette Collaborative.
