Clackamas has a training scheduled:

1.     Living Well/CDSMP Leader Training - Sept. 27, 28 and Oct. 4, 5. 

Clackamas County Volunteer Connection will host a 4-day Living
Well/Chronic Disease Self-Management Leader training for individuals who
will co-facilitate this evidence-based program on behalf of a licensed

I am looking to see if there are any upcoming CDSMP (Living Well -
English) leader trainings in the Portland Metro/ Salem areas (or anything
in between).  We may be needing to send a staff member to get trained
ASAP.
