[Self-Management_OR] FREE CDSMP Training March 9, 10, 16, & 17

Hello all,

We still have spots left for the upcoming CDSMP (English - Living Well with Chronic Conditions) training in March at our Woodburn clinic.
What: Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (Stanford University/Self-Management Resource Center, also known as "Living Well with Chronic Conditions") English language training

When: March 9-10 & 16-17, 2018; approx. 9am-4pm
Cost: FREE
