The New York State Department of Health Arthritis Program just released standard marketing materials.  Here is some information on that:

FOR RELEASE: Evidence Based Intervention Marketing Materials Package now available for release!

The New York State Department of Health Arthritis Program (NYS AP) is pleased to announce the release of a Standard Marketing Package for a variety of Evidence-Based Self-Management Programs (EBSMPs) to help in program promotion. Through a collaborative two-year process, the NYS AP worked with EBSMP delivery partners throughout the state to create these marketing materials for the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP), Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP), EnhanceFitness (EF), and National Diabetes Prevention Program  (DPP). which includes customizable social media content, fact sheets, flyers, promotion plan, and supportive guidance materials.

The Standard Marketing Package includes:

  *   Evidence Based Self-Management Program User Guide:

  *   Program descriptions (English and Spanish) which can be added to the program flyer
  *   Social media messaging templates
  *   Social media guidance and best practices for both paid and unpaid content for Facebook and Twitter
  *   Customizable promotion plan template

  *   Standard customizable flyers in English and Spanish allowing for the addition of the program description, organization name, contact information, workshop information, and URL

  *   Standard customizable fact sheet for each program, in English and Spanish, allowing for the addition of the program description, organization name, contact information, workshop information, and URL
