[Self-Management_OR] National DPP training opportunity in Portland 5/30-5/31: Scholarships available

Oregon Self-Management Network,

This is a quick note to let folks know that OHSU will be hosting a DPP Lifestyle Coach training in the Portland Metro area May 30th through the 31st, 2019. Registration for the training will open up as soon as a venue is confirmed.

The cost of the training is $799.  That said, OHSU has a number or scholarships available.  The primary requirement for securing a scholarship is that the prospective National DPP Lifestyle Coach be affiliated with an organization that is willing to offer the National DPP to Oregon Medicaid beneficiaries.
