[Self-Management_OR] Change in Virtual CDSMP Leader Training Start Date

Hello Everyone,

We have postponed the start date for our virtual Leader training from
April 15th to April 29th.   We still have a few spaces left!  Remember
this is the basic CDSMP training that one has to take before they can get
cross-trained in Diabetes, Chronic Pain, or Cancer Thriving and Surviving.


The class is done virtually via zoom and involves 13 - 2.5h sessions over
a 7-week period.  Please see flyer and application.  There is no cost to
take this program.  Please get your applications into me as soon as
possible!!  Thank you.  Please feel free to email or call me if you have
