Subject: [SMRC Trainers] Don't lose your certification!

Trainer annual reports for BOTH 2020 and 2021 are due by April 1!  After that, you will lose your certification and will have to pay a fee to reinstate your status.  Don’t wait!

Only Master Trainers and T-Trainers who were originally trained before January 1, 2022, must complete the reports.  You must complete for the year you were originally trained and all years after that, whether you facilitated a workshop or training that year, and is required even if you have not completed your first 2 workshops yet.

If your first training was in 2022, no report is required.
If you were trained in 2021, you must complete the 2021 report.
If you were trained in 2020, you must complete both the 2020 and 2021 reports.
If you were trained before that, you must complete them both, as well as 2019 if you have not done so.

These reports may ONLY be completed by the trainer.  The program coordinator cannot do them for you; they are your responsibility.  These are not the same as the reports that licensed agencies complete annually on the anniversary date of their license.
