We covered several opportunities for support and collaboration, summarized here:


  *   Free technical assistance for National DPP providers using Compass and/or SAMS for DPRP data reporting to CDC. Contact: Elan Adre at adre at ohsu.edu<mailto:adre at ohsu.edu>

  *   Resources and support available to implement the Healthy Heart Ambassador (HHA) self-measured blood pressure program. Contact: Julia Buss at julia.buss at dhsoha.state.or.us<mailto:julia.buss at dhsoha.state.or.us>

  *   The American Heart Association is looking for more partners looking to build out their nutrition insecurity screening workflows associated with intake or other screening processes (upcoming opportunities associated with this work include stipends, food vouchers, and AHA support).
