Because we are working with self-management programs in relation to chronic disease prevention and management, I want to forward the following announcement is case it is helpful:

OHA recently announced that adult state level data from the 2022 Behavioral Risk Factors Surveillance System (BRFSS) is now available.

Go to: https://www.oregon.gov/oha/ph/diseasesconditions/chronicdisease/datareports/pages/index.aspx.

If you click on "Chronic Conditions & Risk Factors" you can click to your preferred area. There is information around arthritis, cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, and more.
