<div>1. DISCUSSION AND FORECAST FOR NORTHEAST FORECAST AREA ZONES 630-638</div>

<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Upper level ridge is flattening today and will open the door for a trough and cold front to drop down from the north. Cooler air will move in tomorrow afternoon and start destabilizing the air mass. Clouds will increase on
Friday but moisture is not expected. Wind flow turns onshore from the SW to NW. Expect improving smoke dispersion through the day.</div>

<div> OUTLOOK (SATURDAY - MONDAY):</div>
<div> </div>
<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Cold front and trough will drop to the south on Saturday bringing cooler but mainly dry air to the region. Only expect some snow flurries or light snow showers. Air mass will destabilize and wind flow turns offshore. Another
trough and more arctic-like air mass will drop southward bringing very chilly and unstable conditions on Sunday. Again, moisture will be limited but snow flurries or snow showers will be likely. Arctic northerly flow will continue into Monday. Expect mostly
good smoke dispersion through the period.</div>

<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Transport wind WSW to WNW at 10 - 20 mph during the morning. Transport wind increases to WNW to NW at 15 - 25 mph during the afternoon and evening.</div>

<div> Instructions are valid for burning conducted on Friday, December 4, 2009.</div>

<div>Zone 630 and 632:</div>
<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Avoid ignitions within 12 miles to the WSW through NNW of SSRAs. For units that will smolder significantly through the night avoid burning within at least 12 miles to the WSW through NE in or near drainages leading to SSRAs.
No additional restrictions necessary. </div>

<div>Zone 633 - 638:</div>
<div style="padding-left: 36pt; ">Avoid ignitions within 12 miles to the SW through NW of SSRAs. For units that will smolder significantly through the night avoid burning within at least 12 miles to the SW through N in or near drainages leading to SSRAs.
Watch for shifting transport winds. No additional restrictions necessary. </div>
