ESRI Presentation:

9.3.1 Update: 

ArcGIS 9.3.1 is scheduled for public release in late May - Early June.
This is an "in-place" minor release and as such will not require that
previous versions of the software be uninstalled first. The focus of the
9.3.1 is to provide new tools and functionality in ArcGIS Desktop &
Server that improve the quality and performance of map documents that
are to be served out via ArcGIS Server. A new graphic engine has been
integrated into Desktop and Server that greatly increases the speed of
which dynamic maps are rendered. A new map document layer inspector tool
will examine all layers in a map document and highlight any layers that
fall short of performance rendering goals.

 

LiDAR Discussion:

DOGAMI and ESRI will facilitate a discussion about how agencies are or
would like to use LiDAR and derivative products.
