There's a two step process to call in.

1.        you need to log into ILinc at https://oregonconnect.ilinc.com/join/jxstxvb

This puts you in the Water Resources "room"

2.       This website will give you the phone number to call and passcode. It will also give you a unique ID, which you are supposed to enter.

I believe you are supposed to enter the unique code, but I just tested it and it never asked.  This is the unknown part for me.  I wish you all the best of luck and the most patience.

This meeting is open to anyone; not just the API group, so please circulate.  There will be telephone conferencing, but no video.
