Good Mornng,

At this year's annual meeting, the Telehealth Alliance of Oregon is setting
aside a significant portion of time for attendees to learn about other
telehealth progams and projects in Oregon.  We believe this in an important
step to creating a unified telehealth community for our state.  If you have
a telehealth program or project, or you know of someone who does, and would
be willing to attend the meeting and share with us, please read and/or pass
on the information below.

Annual Meeting on December 11th from 9am to 3pm at the Market Square Bldg in
Portland!*

Telehealth Alliance of Oregon

Annual Meeting





Do you have a telehealth program or project? Are you willing to share
information about it with your colleagues throughout Oregon?  The Telehealth
Alliance of Oregon (TAO) would like to begin building a compendium of
Oregontelehealth activities that includes a brief description of the
activity and
a contact person for each.  We would make this compendium available on our
website.  We are calling this compendium "Oregon Shares".



There are two ways you can participate:

   1. If you are attending the Annual Meeting, you can sign up for a five
   minute presentation about your program or your project.  We have 16 slots
   that will go to the first 16 people who request them.  No PowerPoint
   presentations, but you can bring handouts if you wish.
   2. If you are attending the Annual Meeting, but you don't wish to make a
   presentation, you can bring handouts to put on the information table.



In either case, please complete the form below and send it to me via email
by December 9th.



If you cannot attend the Annual Meeting but would like to share your program
or project, we will have a form available on our website following the
meeting.
