For any of you who may be interested in broadband availability as it relates
to health care, you may want to check out this upcoming workshop.

On September 15 at 1:30 eastern time, the FCC is hosting a 3-hour workshop
on health care available by webinar.  It really looks like the FCC is trying
to understand health care, and specifically telemedicine, as they work
toward building a National Broadband Plan. They are looking for input on a
host of telemedicine issues, either during the workshop of by writing to
them.

The workshop is free but you need to register.  Originally scheduled for 9/2
at 9:30 am, I wrote to them about the NRTRC and its members, describing the
difficulty with the time.  They seemed to listen, so it is a great
opportunity to provide input to the FCC on telehealth.
