[ORTCCTelehealth-TAO] SB 24 passed in the House!!

Greetings, Colleagues.

SB 24 passed on the floor of the House this morning with 50 or 51 votes
(sorry got excited and can't remember).  It appears that its headed for the
Governor's signature.  Once the ink is on the paper we will have a press
release and plan for a celebration.
