[TAO] ORTCCTelehealth List is now TAO

Hello all,
 
Upon outside request, the former ORTCCTelehealth mailing list was mistakenly deleted.  We apologize for the inconvenience and are happy to re-establish your list after it was made clear that the ORTCCTelehealth list was still active and viable.  The Oregon State Library serves as host to 700+ mailing lists with over 481,000 subscribers.
 
Your former list has been renamed, TAO, and all of the former Telehealth subscribers have been subscribed to newly renamed list.  Earlier, you've received a welcome email along with a membership password that can be used to manipulate your subscription.  Additionally, I was able to retain your subscription settings.  If you were subscribed via digest to the previous list, you are subscribed via digest to the new list.
