Subject: [TAO] Board intranet on TAO website

Good Afternoon,

I have subscribed each of you to the TAO board member intranet on the
website. If you *did not* receive the original training you will receive an
email with a one time password to enter the site.  At that time you will
need to set up a new password for yourself.  If you received the original
website training (Bob, Kim, Jo , Josie, Jeff, Sandy and Chris) you already
have a password.  If you have forgotten it, follow the instructions for
resetting.

Once you are on the website. scroll down to the bottom of the page and click
on 'login'.  Enter your username (email address) and password.  A dashboard
will appear.  Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard and click on
'intranet'.  The board site will appear and you can navigate the information
on it.  You will find a calendar unique to the board and a menu on the right
hand side of the screen.

Please stick with read only for now.  If you have problems, call or email me
and I will help you.
