[TAO] NRTRC and ATA Calls for Presentations

Just in case you were on vacation when the first announcements came out,
this is a reminder that the Calls for presentations for the NRTRC
conference in Portland March 24-26  and the ATA conference in Baltimore May
18-20, have deadlines for submission in September.

The NRTRC conference
