[TAO] TAO has a new blog post

There is a new blog post on the TAO website for you to check out.  In the
post Ryan Palmer, EdD, Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at OHSU
describes how OHSU is providing simulated telemedicine training for medical
students using their TeleOSCE program.
