Attached please find the latest Northwest Regional Telehealth Resource
Center newsletter.Of particular note is the announcement that registration
for the 2014 conference to be held in Portland March 24-26 is now open.
 This conference is being supported and co-sponsored by the Telehealth
Alliance of Oregon.  Early bird registration is $150 which is a bargain.
 Dr. Mary Wakefield, HRSA Administrator, and four other nationally known
presenters will headline the conference.  For more information or to
