[TAO] Fwd: Webinar: Out of hospital: The telemedicine seat at the EMS table

This is a great concept for telemedicine.  It had great traction about 15
years ago but the lack of affordable technology and reimbursement kept it
from really catching fire.  There will be more discussions about the topic
from TAO this year.
