Good Afternoon,

This has been a busy day for the listserv as I play catch up after being
gone for a week.  That said, there is often a lot of information from other
sources that I want to send you and I know that your inbox fills up
rapidly. So from here on out I will send just one email per week with links
to the information I think you might find interesting.

I hope that this approach will prove more useful and less cumbersome for
you.  Please feel free to send me your feedback.

I will continue to send you updates that are TAO specific as needed.

workshop or can be included in conference registration.  Among the subjects

The discussion will introduce the steps in starting telehealth at your
facility.  New this year is a discussion on available technologies.

*Telepresenting*
This popular segment was added las year.  Pita Nims, RN, MN and Staci
Bronson from Providence Health & Services will share guidelines and
etiquette for staffers who present patients to specialists.

*Telehealth Workflow*
John Scott, MD, and Wesley Valdes, DO will provide information covering the
workflow of telehealth.  Workflow for providers, clinical staff and patient
perspectives will be discussed.

*Telehealth Program ROI*
Jonathan Neufeld, PhD, HSPP will discuss the concept of return on
investment (ROI) for telehealth programs and various aspects that need to
be considered while calculating the program's ROI.
