[TAO] Rural Telemedicine

Hello!

I am an IT consultant who has done work with rural clinics and telemedicine, more so on the technical side of getting installed and communicating (static IP's, firewalls, basic usage, etc).  I am looking to connect these folks into a larger community where they can discuss larger questions such as billing, telemedicine consultation with larger entities (ex: OHSU), etc.

A couple of questions:
Is  TAO still an active entity?
Any other rural health clinics members on here?
