Oregon Office of Rural Health Elder Services Innovation Grant Opportunity

The Oregon Office of Rural Health (ORH) is pleased to announce a grant
opportunity for rural service organizations. This opportunity is to fund
innovative projects that will create or enhance services for elders that
help them age in place in rural Oregon. Projects may be entirely new or
build upon existing services, but must be innovative and potentially serve
as a best practice model to be shared around the state and country.
Applications requesting support to maintain existing services will not be
considered.
