[TAO] Another outstanding keynote for the TAO Summit!

*Dr. Alan Pitt* will be Tuesday's keynote speaker at the Telehealth
Alliance of Oregon Annual Meeting and Summit, May 13 & 14 at the Mercy
Corps Event Center in downtown Portland.  Dr. Pitt spoke to previous
Summits by video.  This time he will be here in person to share his
thoughts on *A Blue Ocean Strategy for Telehealth**.  *Based on the book *Blue
Ocean Strategy *by Kim and Mauborgne, Dr. Pitt writes,

"I’m ready for a blue ocean strategy for telehealth; one that does not
compete with the past, but that looks instead to the future. If we want to
change the care paradigm, it’s time we stop competing with what’s done in
the clinic and start thinking more about what’s possible for the new
generation of telehealth."


Alan Pitt, M.D. is a Professor and Attending  Physician at the Barrow
Neurological Institute, a national center of excellence for neuroscience in
Phoenix, Arizona. He is also an entrepreneur. He has 3 patents (2 in med
device and 1 in identity management). Over the past 2 decades he has
advised companies in the data analytics, personal health records, AI,
telehealth, blockchain and PACS space. He is the former Chief Medical
Officer of Avizia, an international telemedicine company exiting to
American Well in 2018. He is currently the CMO for Cloudmedxhealth, an
artificial intelligence company based in Silicon Valley. He has advised
both at a state and national level on issues related to value based care
delivery. Dr. Pitt moderates a podcast, healthcarepittstop.com, discussing
issues related to health tech, investment and policy. Additional
