[TAO] State and Federal Telehealth Updates 4/10/20

Good Morning,

Here are two updates from OHA, information on the FCC guidance for the
COVID-19 Telehealth Program, and a summary update of telehealth takeaways
from the Cares Act.

This temporary rule from OHA amends the rule for school covered health
services using telehealth technologies.  Be aware that there are 11 pages
of definitions before you get to the rule.  The rule regarding telehealth
for School-Based Health Centers is on page 10.  The actual text of the rule
begins on page 12.
