[TAO] Medicare guidance for FQHCs and RHCs

Greetings,

Medicare released their guidance for implementing the authorization in the
Cares Act that allows Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) and Federally
Qualifies Health Centers (FQHCs) to become distant sites and to receive
reimbursement for services provided for the duration of the COVID-19
pandemic. In the first link below you will find the guidance released by
the Medicare Learning Network.  In the second link you will find a great
