August 13th, 2020
*Webinar Topic*
*When: August 20th, 2020 at 11 AM - 12 PM PT*
*Description:*
Telehealth use has increased 8,336% nationally. Video conferencing and
associated technology have been quickly implemented in response to
COVID-19, so healthcare providers could “see” patients in the safety of
their home. Technology-mediated home visits have an advantage of
eliminating vulnerable patients’ exposure to health complications, but
compromises the use of touch and vision to gain knowledge. Commonly, when
senses are compromised, tools are needed to enhance existing senses. A
tool, such as a guide, can improve tele-homecare providers’ abilities to
assess and communicate with patients and their families. Without a guide,
the potential brevity of videoconferencing visits puts providers at risk
for missing cues to potential problems. The purpose of this presentation is
to examine *Comprehensive Patient Assessment using Telehealth in the Home
(CPATH)* as a validated guide to prompt telehealth providers to ask to
observe items in the home within key domains of concerns.

*Digital Marketing: Best Practices for Direct to Consumer Telehealth*
Recorded on July 16th, 2020
In the wake of COVID-19, consumer behavior and interaction with healthcare
providers has shifted to place more emphasis on digital touchpoints. Now
more than ever, it’s critical that telehealth providers understand how to
implement effective digital marketing strategies to connect with patients
and reduce friction in their digital experience. This presentation helped
to lay the foundation for providers to build a digital strategy. In this
presentation, participants learned how to:
1. Identify opportunities to reduce friction based on the consumer journey
2. Discuss highest value marketing channels based on consumer data
3. Define audience segments and outline conversion goals
