Presenter Biography:
Dr. Benzion Blech graduated summa cum laude with his bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and later received his M.d. from Georgetown University School of Medicine. Dr. Blech subsequently completed his Neurology residency training at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Dr. Blech has a strong interest in cerebrovascular disorders and telestroke and helped design the acute stroke database at Mayo Clinic, including telestroke data abstraction methods from clinical records. Additionally, he has a strong interest in bioinformatics and software development and developed numerous web and mobile applications during his time in medical school, residency, and fellowship.
