Telehealth Technology Assessment Resource Center (TTAC) does some amazing
work evaluating and disseminating information in the form of toolkits and
videos regarding telehealth technologies.

survey will allow TTAC to better engage with you and your need for
information regarding the technology you are considering for your program
as well as trends in technology usage.

This survey asks a variety of questions around the types of technologies,
roles, and future planning of organizations and individuals that use
telehealth technology. We use this data to identify technologies of
interest for future evaluations, toolkits, video series and other resources
understand trends that are affecting the telehealth landscape by region and
nationwide to determine how TTAC can better engage with you!
