[travel-card_news] Important Update Re: SSN's

Due to the sensitive nature and issues related to Social Security Numbers
(SSN) being displayed and potentially used inappropriately, effective
immediately, SSNs are no longer visible in Access Online for Corporate Card
and CTS accounts. Agency Travel Card Coordinators should have copies of
Cardholder Applications (kept in a secure location) that contains this
information, if needed.

The Agent Number, Company Number, Account Number, Name, and Address can be
used to identify a specific account.

Please let me know if you need any help in identifying an account or if
there are any issues related to this.
