[travel-card_news] Clarification of Employee Notification Form Letter

In a recent correspondence, subject: "Travel Card Training on April 1st -
Important Update", which was sent on April 7th, I referred to a cardholder
notification form letter in item #8 available on the DAS-SCD travel web
site. This form letter is intended for you as a means of informing
individual cardholders who have a US Bank VISA Corporate Card to register
with Access Online. It is not applicable for those of you who only manage a
CTS account, which is used only to book airline or rail tickets through
Azumano Travel.

If you manage both the individual accounts and CTS accounts, you should
notify your cardholders using the form letter, or a similar facsimile. This
letter is intended as a sample letter. You may or may not choose to use that
letter as long as the information contained in the letter is communicated.
