For those who may not have received this information:

This Travel/Purchasing Card Best Practices Information Sharing Group meets
on the third Wednesday of every other month, starting at 11:00 a.m. Eastern
Time.  The schedule for 2004 is below.

February 18, 2004
April 21, 2004
June 16, 2004
August  18, 2004
October 20, 2004
December 15, 2004

The agenda and call-in number (and access code) will be distributed in
February a week prior to the meeting.

Reminder: Oregon is hosting a web site to help share information related to
our issues. It also contains minutes of previous meetings. We are trying to
keep the site current for your use. (our department is undergoing a change
in it's web site and has had recent delays in getting our site updated, but
this will be resolved in the near future.)

If you have any information you would like to share with the others, either
