As a follow up to last weeks message regarding the travel forum on June
2, 2009.

The State Procurement Office and State Controllers division are jointly
presenting a credit card and travel forum. Karen Williams from the
State Controllers division will present the Corporate Travel Card
program, and the State Procurement Office will discuss the States travel
contracts and program. US Bank, Azumano Travel, Enterprise Car Rental,
and United Airlines have agreed to participate. Alaska Airlines has
also been invited and will hopefully participate. Scott Smyth from
the State Controllers Division will also provide an update on the travel
policy.

The forum is scheduled to begin at 8:30 AM on June 2, 2009 at the
Employment Building Auditorium in Salem and should last most of the day.
There is no cost to attend this forum.

Once the agenda is finalized, it will be posted on travel link.
