Subject:  IMPORTANT MESSAGE regarding the State of Oregon Travel Management Contract

This is a follow up to our previous notification (sent 12/31/2015) of a change to the State of Oregon Travel Management Contract.

As stated before, the Azumano Travel Services Price Agreement #5126 will expire on January 31, 2016.  The State of Oregon will transition to NASPO Value Point's Master Services Contract #2579 with Corporate Travel Management (CTM).

We have listed some information below to assist with this transition:

*        Continue working with Azumano Travel until January 31, 2016. Under the State of Oregon agreement any bookings processed through Azumano will need to be completed prior to February 1, 2016.
*        Begin working with CTM on February 1, 2016. CTM will assist with all new bookings and support previously booked travel beginning February 1.
*        Details regarding CTM's booking tool and training if necessary will be provided in the upcoming weeks.

We will be sending additional transition guidance and resources in the upcoming weeks.
