From Kaliska.KING at oregon.gov Tue Dec 19 08:12:12 2017 From: Kaliska.KING at oregon.gov (KING Kaliska * DAS) Date: Tue, 19 Dec 2017 16:12:12 +0000 Subject: [Travel-Link] Corporate Travel Management Contract (CTM) Message-ID: <80E7E0F7F55D074DA234196B8E690E70019BFAADF8@WPORGEXCL09.ENTSS.OR.GOV> Good morning, The current contract for Travel Management Services, with Corporate Travel Management (CTM) will end on December 31, 2017. This contract is being replaced with contract #7540, which also is with Corporate Travel Management (CTM Important things to know: Currently, State agencies under DAS procurement authority using the NuTravel booking tool via CTM will not need to do anything to transition to the new contract. Over the next year, these agencies will be required to transition to a new booking tool called Concur. CTM and myself will be working together to communicate the change, coordinate trainings, and gradually change agency's over to the new booking tool. ORCPP members can take advantage of this the booking tool (Concur) included on this contract as well. If you are currently using Concur or GetThere with CTM, you will see not a change. CTM will work with you to start the new online booking fee. Things to look forward to with Concur * $4.00 booking fee for online transactions * Access to a robust reporting tool to track agency travel * State contracted pricing for airfare, rental car and NASPO pricing for lodging will all be easily identified when booking a trip. * Agent booking over the phone is still available * If the Agency's travel procedures allow travelers to log in on a "view only" log in to view flights. This could make it easier for an agency travel coordinator to book a trip. More to come over the next few months!
