[Travel_Policy-News] Responsible person for Travel Cards

Travel Coordinators:

This is a reminder that when your agency reassigns a different person to
manage the Travel Card program (as the travel card coordinator), please
notify Robin Barnes of State Controller's Division. Robin keeps track of
these coordinators and that information is useful in resolving problems with
US Bank. 

Robin needs the following for new travel card coordinators:

> Agency Name
> Name
> Address
> Phone Number
> Account numbers they manage: (It could be the 5-digit company number(s) or
> the actual account numbers for the CTS accounts)
> Date of assignment as travel card coordinator
> 
Robin's email address is "Robin.Barnes at state.or.us."
