[Travel_Policy-News] FW: Annual Travel Awards reporting

Travel Coordinators,  
 
This is a reminder that April 1 is the deadline for submitting your
agency's report on Travel Awards for calendar year 2006. This report
should include a detailed list of the specific travel awards earned
during the year, the specific travel awards used during the year, and
the approximate dollar value of the travel awards. The dollar value of
the travel awards used during the year are considered the total cost
savings to the agency. 

The report may be in a letter format and must be signed by the Agency
Head. A report is required to be submitted whether there were travel
awards earned/used or not. 

Oregon Accounting Manual Policy 40.10.00.PO "General Business Travel
Expense Rules" paragraph .123 describes this reporting which is required
by ORS 292.230.
