Happy New Year Travel Policy Contacts!

OAMs 40.10.00 Statewide Travel Policy and 75.40.01.fo Travel Expense Detail Sheet (TEDS) form have been updated to reflect the 2018 mileage rates, as promulgated by GSA.

For 2018, the full reimbursement rate is $0.545 per mile (up from $0.535) and when a state vehicle is available and determined to be the most cost-effective form of transportation the rate is $0.18 per mile (up from $0.17).

In addition, the reimbursement rate for privately owned aircraft is now $1.21 per nautical mile (up from $1.15).
