[Travel_Policy-News] Statewide Travel Policy Updated

Hello Travel Contacts,

OAM 40.10.00<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/40.10.00.pdf> Statewide Travel Policy has been updated to reflect the mileage reimbursement rates which changed January 1, 2020.

Further changes were made to reflect the impact of Senate Bill 72, which removed the travel awards reporting for travel beginning January 1, 2020. Paragraph 141, which covers Travel Awards, has changed the most, so please closely review that paragraph. Additional changes were made to paragraph 138. In addition, OAM 75.40.01.FO (TEDS Form) and OAM 75.40.02.FO<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/75.40.02.FO.pdf> (Travel Awards Report) have been revised due to SB 72. Of particular note, the travel awards box in the TEDS form has been removed, and is no longer required.
